What about flower substitutions?
While we aim to give you the product displayed, flowers are subject to seasonal change and availability. If certain flower varieties are unavailable, substitutions of a similar value and similar appearance will be used.
What if no one is home?
Our couriers will do their best to ensure that flower deliveries are left in a cool, shady and safe place to keep their condition until the recipient arrives home. If our courier cannot access the property or is unable to leave the flowers in a safe place, the flowers may be redelivered for $20.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee of $15 to our delivering suburbs. Suburbs within 5159 postcode are free of charge.
